Dr. Fitsum Asefa has been a Member of CBE’s Board of Directors since 24 December 2018. She is currently the Minister of Planning and Development Ministry. Prior to that, Dr. Fitsum had gained several years of experience in teaching and research at different higher learning institutions, including Hawassa University. She has earned a Doctorate degree in Agricultural Economics.
